Just head into your computer’s network settings as described in the post below and change your DNS servers to these two addresses.
In fact, to avoid issues when something like this happens in the future, you might consider using two DNS addresses from different services—say, 220.127.116.11 from Google and 18.104.22.168. That way, if one goes down, your PC will automatically fall back to a second service!
